As well as being an award winning speech writer, Tim is a scenario expert and an accomplished business economist. He has created scenarios for amongst others the World Bank and Shell International. Together with Shell’s Chief Analyst, Cho Khong, Tim developed regional scenarios which offer an insight into political and economic trends across the world.
